Return & Exchange Policy


What is your return policy?

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your order for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in new condition.

How long does the return process take?

We do our best to process returns within 1 week of arrival but that time frame may be delayed during peak seasons and/or high traffic periods.

How do I process a return?

Please contact our customer care team at todd@begood2yourself.com and let us know your order number, the item(s) being returned, and the reason for your return. We will email you an appropriate return form to print and enclose when you mail your return.  Please send your return to Be Good 2 Yourself, 4 Dorato Drive, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234.  Please make sure to ship your package with a carrier that can provide shipping and insurance.  Be Good 2 Yourself can not replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is not available.

What if I want to return a gift that was sent to me?

Please follow the process described in the preceding “How do I process a return” section.  Once your return is received and inspected, you will be issued an eGift card to begood2yourself.com for the value of the merchandise.

What is your refund policy?

We will notify you whether your refund was approved once we have received and inspected your return. If so, you will be credited through your original payment method whenever possible. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card to process and post the refund.

What is your exchange policy?

If you need a different color, size, or item, please return the item you don’t want using the process described in the “How do I process a return” section above and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
