Ordering

Tracking a package

Once you make a purchase, you will receive an email receipt and confirmation of your order. You can log in to your account at any time to track your order. You will also receive an email when your order has shipped. That shipping receipt will also contain the tracking number with a link to track your order.

How to modify or cancel your order

If your online order has not yet shipped, and you wish to modify or cancel the order, please contact our customer care team at orders@begood2yourself.com.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

What if I do not receive my order even though tracking shows that it was delivered?

We suggest that you check to confirm that your shipping address was entered correctly and also check around the area of the delivery location. Additionally, because there are instances where tracking will show a package as having been “delivered” a day or two before it is actually delivered, waiting up to an additional 36 hours may resolve the issue. If you are still unable to determine where your order is, please call us at (781) 890-6087 for assistance.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

We offer U.S. Priority Mail service to APO/FPO U.S. military addresses. Due to military handling times, we cannot estimate shipping times to APO/FPO addresses. When placing an order to an APO/FPO address, please enter the APO or FPO information in the city field and the Armed Forces code in the State field of the shipping form.

Do you have a group sales program?

Purchasing one of our products for your own use is a great way to be good to yourself. Giving Be Good 2 Yourself product to a group is a great way to spread the message that each of us are responsible to be good to ourselves.

We offer group sales with a minimum order of 20 units, which can be a mix of styles and products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Products sold through our Group Sales Division are not intended for resale. Please contact us at (781) 890-6087 to discuss discounts available through a group sale.

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders ship on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding US Holidays. Express shipping orders will ship out the same day if received before 1pm EST and the next business day if received after 1 pm EST. All express orders require a street address (no PO Boxes).

What are your shipping options and costs?

US Addresses

  • USPS Priority - 3-4 Business Days - $7.90 (USPS Priority shipping is free for any order in excess of $75.00)
  • Express (order before 1PM EST) - 1-2 Business Days - $19.90

Returns

What is your return policy?

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your order for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in new condition.
