It’s a phrase we’re all hearing a lot more now and with good reason because all of us have to figure out a way to live our lives despite an ongoing global pandemic; we also need to support each other throughout this process. It’s also true when it comes to being good to yourself. Each of us has to decide the best ways to be accomplish this goal. Doing so is even more important now than ever because the world has definitely changed and it's much more difficult to do many of the things we used to enjoy.
Our mission is to help each other find inner peace by sharing the ways to be good to yourself. We will share what we have learned but don’t pretend to have all the answers.
